We hope you are always happy with your KULE purchases, but if something doesn't meet your expectations, click below to start your return.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted online and in-store. An item can be returned for a full refund if it meets all of the following criteria:
- Item is returned within 30 days of placing the order
- Item was purchased from kule.com
- Item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged*)
- Item has all tags attached
- Item is not marked Final Sale. Final Sale includes:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Items from Sample Sale or Archive Sale
- Items that have been monogrammed or personalized
*In the rare instance you receive a damaged product, of course you may send it back to us!
KULE reserves the right to deny a return or refund.
HOLIDAY RETURNS
To accommodate gift returns and holiday shopping, purchases eligible for return made between 10/17/24 and 12/24/24 can be returned through 1/15/25 or 30 days after purchase, whichever is later.
Due to a high volume of orders, please expect a delay in returns processing for returns received between 11/24/24 - 12/10/24.
GIFT RETURNS
If you have received an item as a gift, you may return the item and receive store credit in the form of an e-gift card, as long as the item meets the return criteria stated above.

DOMESTIC RETURNS (USA)

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. After your return has been processed, it may take 3-5 business days for your gift card or refund to reflect on your original method of payment. Please allow additional processing time after national holidays.
If available, please return the item using the original packaging to reduce waste.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

You may return the item by any trackable method at your own expense within 30 days of placing the order.

Please note that shipping and duties are not refundable.
Please follow the steps below to ensure you receive your refund:

- Once you have submitted your return, you will be supplied with the address to ship your return to using a carrier of your choice at your own expense
- Email your order number and tracking information to hi@kule.com. Without tracking information, we are unable to process your return
- Once your return is received and approved, we will issue your refund
FAQ's
Can I change or cancel my order?
In order to ship orders as quickly as possible, we have a limited window of 45 minutes to change or cancel orders. Please contact us at 1-800-299-5853 to assist you in modifications to your order.
Do you offer exchanges?
Online exchanges are temporarily unavailable.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. After your return has been processed, it may take 3-5 business days for your gift card or refund to reflect on your original method of payment. Please allow additional processing time after national holidays.
Are returns free?
Returns are free for US customers using our prepaid return label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How do I request a return?
Start your return by visiting our returns portal using your order number and zip code or email or phone number. If you do not have your order number and zip code or email or phone number please contact us at 1-800-299-5853 or email us at hi@kule.com.
Can I return items purchased in store, online?
Yes, please email us at hi@kule.com and we can provide a prepaid return label for you.
Can I return an online order, in store?
Yes, please bring your packing slip and visit one of our stores listed here. If you don’t have your packing slip, you will need your order number and zip code or email or phone number from your order.
Can I combine my return/exchange from multiple orders?
To receive the correct refund, we request you send each order back separately using the corresponding return label. Our warehouse is only able to process and refund online returns that match the corresponding tracking information associated with your order.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
How do I add a discount code to my order?
While checking out, you can enter your discount code in the box labeled 'Gift card or discount code', click 'Apply', and then your new total will reflect the discounted price.
Discount codes only apply to non-charitable and full price items.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We are happy to honor a one-time price adjustment for purchases on KULE.com within 7 days of the original purchase if the item is currently in stock. We do not offer price adjustments on Final Sale products.
