FAQ

Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays, and are pending credit card approval. KULE reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud and/or billing and shipping validation. Affected customers will be notified by Customer Service.

All items sold via KULE Closet are final sale and cannot be returned.

For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or APO/FPO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.

Please use an expedited shipping method for guaranteed delivery. We are unable to guarantee delivery time frames.

To track your order, please click the link in your confirmation email or email us at hi@kule.com. Title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States.

UK and EU Orders

International shipping is temporarily unavailable. 

To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under €135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

All International Orders

International shipping is temporarily unavailable. 

For international orders, your shipping total will be inclusive of shipping and local duties and taxes calculated via Passport Shipping. Orders will ship in 1-2 business days from our warehouse, after which they will be transferred to one of our international carrier partners. Typical delivery time is 8-14 business days.
