We hope you are always happy with your KULE purchases, but if, for any reason, something doesn’t meet your expectations, click here to start your return or exchange.

An item can be returned for a full refund or exchange if it meets all of the following criteria:

  • Item is returned within 30 days of receiving the order
  • Item was purchased from our website, kule.com.
  • Item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged*)
  • Item has all tags attached
  • Item is not marked Final Sale. For clarity, Final Sale includes:
    • Items marked Final Sale
    • All items that have been monogrammed or personalized
    • Non-medical face masks

*In the rare instance you receive a damaged product, of course you may send it back to us!

Shipping and Handling charges for returned merchandise will be refunded if we have made an error. Otherwise they are non-refundable.

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it or receive store credit in the form of a gift card, as long as the item meets the return criteria above.

International customers may return merchandise by any trackable method at their own expense within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping/duties are not refundable on international orders. If available, please use original packaging. Please be sure to follow all steps so we can ensure you receive the proper refund.

How long does it take to process the return?

While we try to process returns as soon as they are received, please allow up to 10 business days from the date you mailed your item(s) back for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when complete.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit in 3-5 business days.

Is there a return fee?

For US customers using our prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping is free. For international orders, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I request a return label?

Start your return process here. If you don’t have your Order Number and ZIP Code, give us a call at 1-800-299-5853 or email us at hi@kule.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I include multiple orders in the same package?

Yes. Complete your return for both orders. Please be sure to include the return packing slips from each order in the package.

How do I return a gift?

Gift returns can be processed as an exchange or on a KULE gift card that never expires.
