O HOW NICE! Sending a gift is easy at KULE. While we are unable to include a note inside the package, follow the steps below and we will send your gift note and tracking information to the recipient via email.
Add your gift to your Shopping Bag.
When ready to checkout, click on the Shopping Bag on the top right corner.
On the Shopping Bag Page, you will see a box under your items that says “THIS ORDER CONTAINS A GIFT.” Please check this box.
Note that we currently cannot support multiple recipient addresses in the same order. Therefore, you must place a separate order for each recipient/shipping address.
Fill in your gift message details.
Then click ‘Checkout’ NOT ‘Update Bag'
After completing checkout, a receipt will be sent to your email address. When the item ships, an email will be sent to the gift recipient with your gift message and tracking number to let them know a gift from you is on the way and to be on the lookout for a Kule package. You will also receive shipping confirmation emails up to delivery.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to insert gift notes into our outgoing shipments. However, if you follow the steps above we are happy to send your message, along with tracking information, directly to your gift recipient via email.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to gift wrap but all orders are packaged in our KULE tissue paper!
Unfortunately we do not currently support shipping to multiple addresses in checkout today.
Rest assured that the gift price will not display on the packing slip.
Yes, gift returns and exchanges are very easy! The gift recipient will simply click here, provide the order number (on their packing slip) and their shipping ZIP code and complete the online form to receive a return label. Returns and exchanges are free!
