RETURNS/EXCHANGES will NOT be accepted after 21 days from the receipt date of your order.

ALL SALES FINAL FOR MERCHANDISE ON SALE.  NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

You will find a Return/Exchange Form with your shipped order. Please follow the instructions below to properly exchange/return your item(s).

OPTION 1 –EVEN EXCHANGE ONLY

Exchanging an item for another size or color only.

Step A

• In the ITEMS RETURNED box write the style number(s), size, and color of the item you want to exchange

• In the EXCHANGE FOR box, write the style number, size and color of the item you wish to replace it with

Step B

• Place the return and exchange form AND the item(s) you want to exchange (please put item back into its original packaging) back into the box.

• Cut off the Return Label at the bottom of the form

• Securely tape that label to the outside of the box

• Mail the box back to the address typed on the Return label

OPTION 2 – RETURN FOR KULE CREDIT

Returning an item for credit to be used on Kule.com

Step A

• In the ITEMS RETURNED box write the style number, color and size of the item(s) you would like to return

• Check the ISSUE CREDIT box

• A KULE CREDIT Certificate will be mailed out to you for the amount of the item(s) you returned

Step B

• Follow Step B above
